homes potential. While I inspect your home as a buyer
would, I will make note of the areas that will create
the best "first impression". I will review
our 8 step home staging process, provide simple solutions and
enhancement instructions. I will leave you
with a proposal based on the areas that will bring you
the highest return.

Yourself
Action Plan
|
Our
Do-It-Yourself "Action Plan" is an extensive
30 page report outlining each room in detail and the corrections
needed to create that fabulous first impression.
Room arrangement and color consultation is provided.

Half Day
Staging
|
This
service is recommended for homes 2000 sq ft. and under.
Working from your "Action Plan" which we filled out at your Consultation,
I will create the
dramatic transformation to the main areas of your home. Before the end of the half day
we will discuss suggested improvements such as, paint
colors, additional accessory purchases and any needed
repairs.

service is recommended for homes over 2000 sq. ft. A
full Day Staging includes all the amenities of a Half

An inspection of your home is necessary prior to a proposal of
staging. The
square footage and estimated time of the project are
factors in creating a bid. (Furniture Rental) is
additional to the cost of staging. The
